I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were disappointing, with small showers and some maintenance issues, the comfort was surprisingly good. The service was friendly and helpful, with a few minor hiccups in the database. The location near Coombe Abbey was great, but the condition of the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. The dining options were hit or miss, but there were some positives too.
